Baby drawing

When I saw that picture I thought it's already drawn and I was quite surprised it was a photo, so I decided to draw it.
I must say it looks better on the paper than scanned The details were quite a challenge for me - eyes, fingers (because I really suck at drawing hands and stuff) and the lips. I like the result, but I think I did the shading all wrong again and I don't know where to add more graphite... Well nevermind, maybe I'll get to fix it later
Any comment/advice/criticism is welcome
